Our Founder’s Message

I started SPIN Fans because ceiling fans felt stuck in the past. They were plain, dated, and treated as an afterthought in the home. When I look at a ceiling fan, I see a blank canvas waiting to be reimagined.

So I started wondering: why couldn't a fan be both a functional tool and a statement piece at the same time?

That question shaped everything that followed and in 2014, SPIN Fans was born. We introduced Singapore's first hugger fan suitable for low ceilings, redefined ceiling fans as central design elements, and developed a motor technology to make fans quieter and more energy efficient.

Every decison came back to one idea that form, function, and technology should work together.

Today, we create products that not only enhance cooling comfort, but elevate the very experience of a space. We are guided by a simple belief-that ceiling fans can, and should, go beyond expectation.

At the heart of SPIN is a commitment to design and customisation, empowering individuals to shape each piece as a reflection of their space, their style, and their way of living.
