Shipping policy

Local (Singapore) Delivery 

Free local delivery is available for all orders within Singapore.

Deliveries are made between 11am to 4pm on Monday to Friday and 11am to 1pm on Saturday, within 3 to 5 business days.

If installation service is required, your delivery and installation date will be arranged after contacting you directly with the preferred date and time.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our showroom:

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 business days. We will contact you to confirm your order and day of pickup.

Our in-store pickup hours are between 10am to 5pm on Monday to Friday and 10am to 12pm on Saturday. Kindly have your invoice ready for collection.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not ship overseas, however you can contact us at enquiries@spinfans.com.sg for further enquiries on any overseas purchase or projects and we can further assist you.
